1.2 Our services are offered 24/7 in Oxford and surrounding areas.
2. Pricing
2.1 All prices start from £39.
2.2 Additional charges may apply based on service complexity, parts, and travel distance.
2.3 We will provide a quote before beginning any work.
3. Booking and Cancellations
3.1 Bookings can be made by calling us at 01865 294647 or via email at contact@locksmithss.co.uk.
3.2 Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled service time.
4. Liability
4.1 We will not be liable for damages caused by pre-existing issues or improper use of locks.
4.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment is due upon completion of the service.
5.2 We accept cash, card payments, and online transfers.
6. Privacy
6.1 We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
